Highly recommend Legal Exchange. I have been practicing for many years in a small firm and I was really anxious about using an answering service instead of having a person in the office answering the phone. When practicing family law, the person answering the phone makes a big difference because clients are often very upset when they call. Loretta and her staff really understand this is part of this kind of practice.
